Job Summary

This role is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist (Tier 1) to join NEXTWERK, an innovative IT systems house focused on delivering smart, green IT solutions. The core responsibility involves serving as the first point of contact for internal users and external customers, managing all incoming inquiries and disturbances through a structured ticketing system. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a ticket, from initial classification and prioritization through to resolution or escalation to the 2nd Level team. Beyond daily support, you will contribute to exciting projects, helping optimize internal processes and implementing tailored hardware and software solutions for clients. The ideal candidate holds a relevant IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) and possesses practical experience in user support and ticketing systems. Success requires strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a calm, problem-solving approach, even under pressure, to ensure smooth IT operations.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Support / User Support
  • Practical experience handling ticketing systems
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position (Advantageous)
