Job Summary
This highly responsible role involves managing the technical aspects of complex national and international projects across exhibition stands, retail fit-outs, and special interior construction. You will collaborate closely with the main Project Leader, taking charge of analysis, planning, calculation, and execution for high-profile clients in sectors such as automotive, watchmaking, and FMCG. Key duties include developing detailed concept presentations, creating comprehensive project plans covering technical detailing, construction phases, and feasibility, and managing cost estimations and procurement. You will coordinate internal production teams, external suppliers, subcontractors, and architects, ensuring quality assurance and cost-optimized project implementation from initial inquiry through completion. Required Skills
Education
Basic technical or craftsmanship training (e.g., construction, carpentry, workshop environment), ideally supplemented by further qualification as a Technician or Engineer.
Experience
- Several years of experience in a comparable project management role within exhibition, shop fitting, or interior construction environments.
- Proven track record managing both national and international projects.
- Extensive foundational experience in technical and commercial project management and customer consultation.
- Initial leadership experience, such as effectively guiding project teams.
