Job Summary

This role seeks a highly analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to join a growing biotech company specializing in diagnostics and bioanalytical services. The core responsibilities involve planning and executing comprehensive GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) reviews of plans, data, and reports within the analytical segment of clinical, preclinical, and validation studies. Key daily tasks also include conducting various audits (study-related, method-related, and facility-related) and defining, tracking, and verifying the effectiveness of necessary corrective actions. Candidates must possess a degree in Natural Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry) and should ideally have prior experience in quality assurance within preclinical or clinical research, along with familiarity with ELISA assays. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract offering flexible working hours, structured onboarding, and a collaborative team environment at the Bernried am Starnberger See location.
