Job Summary

This senior role involves reporting directly to the Global Sales Director and taking on leadership responsibilities, including coaching and implementing best practices for the Sales Force (Sales Engineers, Application Engineers) within a matrix structure. You will be responsible for actively shaping market strategies, coordinating technical and commercial sales and offering processes, and managing global customer accounts throughout the entire sales and pre-order process until project handover. The position requires leading commercial and technical contract negotiations, developing competitive offers and complex bids for major projects, and acting as a knowledge carrier supporting local sales teams.
