Job Summary

This position calls for an experienced Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering to take on the role of Test Stand Manager for pumps and motors in Hamburg. The successful candidate will independently plan, coordinate, and execute tests and experimental series, leading a dedicated team. Core responsibilities include setting up test stands, monitoring procedures, analyzing measurement data, and deriving necessary optimization measures. A key focus is ensuring strict adherence to all relevant standards, norms, and regulations throughout the testing process. After a structured onboarding period, the role transitions into taking on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team/area. Ideal applicants must possess a completed electrical engineering qualification, professional experience in an industrial setting, and specific knowledge of test systems, frequency converters, and basic PLC programming. The role offers a chance to actively shape demanding projects and apply technical expertise in a leadership capacity.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training in the electrical engineering field, ideally with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman. Switching authorization for medium-voltage systems (advantageous).

Experience

  • Professional experience in the industrial environment
