This role involves driving organizational efficiency and process improvement within the Evangelical Lutheran Church District Administration in Schwerin, Germany. The Organization Officer is responsible for updating and maintaining the structural and procedural organization, optimizing administrative workflows, and leading project work for the introduction of digital systems like Document Management Systems (DMS) and long-term archiving. Key tasks include process mapping, visualization, and optimization, developing standards and checklists, and maintaining the organizational handbook. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent qualification, combined with professional experience in organizational management, ideally within a church or municipal administrative structure. Experience with visualization tools like Visio or YED and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
