This role, based at the headquarters in Hürth near Cologne, focuses on supporting and integrating diverse IT systems for hospitality clients across Germany. The IT Specialist will be instrumental in the full lifecycle management of systems, including installation and configuration of central IT infrastructure, servers, and network components (switches, routers). Key daily duties involve providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, conducting site surveys, maintaining customer networks, and creating essential IT documentation and network diagrams. The position requires a professional qualification in System Integration or equivalent experience, coupled with solid administration skills and profound knowledge of various operating systems (Linux, Windows, Android, iOS). Expertise in VLAN networking, firewall/routing, and configuring hardware from major manufacturers like Cisco-Meraki, Aruba, and Ubiquiti is essential.
