Job Summary

This role, situated within the Controlling – BI & Analytics department in Cologne, requires an experienced professional to drive the future of data integrity within a leading healthcare contract management organization. The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the comprehensive Data Governance Framework, including defining data quality standards, implementing Data Ownership structures, and ensuring strict adherence to critical regulatory requirements like GDPR and NIS2. A core function involves developing the enterprise-wide Data Catalog, centralizing the Business Glossary, and utilizing Data Governance tools such as Collibra or Microsoft Purview. Success requires strong analytical skills, expertise in established frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK2 or DCAM, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across IT and business units.
