Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a global leader in crash test technology. You will be primarily responsible for the electrical CAD planning and design of control cabinets for complex crash test systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing your own sub-projects, selecting necessary hardware, creating detailed bills of materials, and generating comprehensive electrical documentation using WSCAD ELECTRIX. A crucial component of the role is performing CE marking using Safexpert software. Candidates must possess a technical background, specifically as an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman, coupled with a minimum of two years of professional experience in plant construction and proficiency in electrical planning CAD systems. This position offers flexibility, including mobile working options and the opportunity to optionally travel internationally to support the assembly and commissioning of the systems you designed.
