Specialist Engineer for Electrical Engineering and Building Services | Fachingenieur ELT (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist Engineer in Electrical Engineering (ELT) and Building Services, joining a successful engineering firm specializing in technical building equipment planning. The core responsibilities involve planning and consulting on building and supply technology within the ELT field (including fire extinguishing technology and Measurement, Control, and Regulation - MSR) across all phases (1-9) of the German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). The engineer will manage and execute projects, potentially leading them, coordinate interdisciplinary technical issues, and serve as the primary contact for clients and architects. Key requirements include a relevant engineering degree (B.Eng., M.Eng., Dipl.-Ing.) and planning experience, strong knowledge of German construction regulations (VOB, DIN, VDE, HOAI), and proficiency in CAD and AVA programs, preferably Plancal Nova.
