Job Summary

This role is designed for a Substation Project Planner eager to actively shape the energy transition within the Plant Planning - Electricity team. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the technical planning of primary and secondary technology within substations and the project planning of high and medium voltage switchgear for substations and key stations. The planner will assist in the site selection process for new facilities, ensuring compliance with both grid infrastructure needs and building regulations. A crucial part of the job involves organizing cross-functional project coordination, liaising between grid planning, grid operation, asset management, and external service providers. Candidates must possess a completed degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Energy or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification such as an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician. Knowledge of project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in standard IT applications like MS Office are required.
