Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the continuous and quality-assured operation of electrical and automation systems critical to water supply and wastewater disposal in Schwerin. The Operational Technology Electrician will be responsible for performing maintenance and inspection tasks on complex switching, control, and automation systems across all electrical infrastructure. Key daily duties include troubleshooting control systems, commissioning new switchgear, performing switching operations within the 20 kV network, and ensuring all electrical installations comply with DIN VDE and VdS standards. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician, several years of relevant professional experience in power supply and control systems, and basic knowledge of PLCs. This position offers stable, full-time employment within a key municipal utility provider, including flexible working hours and tariff-based compensation.
