Job Summary

This role is for a Junior Mobile Network Monitoring Technician to join a dynamic team focused on telecommunications and e-mobility solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for vigilant monitoring of mobile and communication networks using modern NOC tools, identifying and classifying faults, and meticulously documenting all relevant information in a ticketing system. A key aspect of the role involves conducting initial fault analyses and coordinating troubleshooting efforts with technicians and clients. This position requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and service partners, as well as maintaining system documentation and ensuring smooth operational handovers.
