This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated 2nd Level Support professional to join a healthy, growing, mid-sized IT company known for its family-oriented culture and commitment to employee development. Working three days a week, the specialist will take primary responsibility for handling 2nd Level support tickets, providing essential technical assistance to employees across various domains. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting issues related to Windows environments, onsite hardware, Microsoft Office 365 services, and specialized business applications. A critical component of the role is maintaining accurate documentation and managing master data. Candidates should possess technical IT expertise, whether through formal education or as an experienced career changer, coupled with strong customer orientation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. Fluent German is a prerequisite for success in this highly collaborative environment.
