Job Summary

This role involves serving as a key technical and commercial point of contact for national and international clients within a leading machinery industry company located near Winterthur. You will manage the entire order process lifecycle, from generating quotes and handling invoices to coordinating deliveries. A significant part of the job involves managing various customer projects and acting as the primary contact for both standard and project-related technical and commercial inquiries. Furthermore, you will actively participate in customer service improvement processes and internal projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Poly-mechanic), preferably in abrasives/grinding materials, combined with commercial further education (e.g., Technical Sales Specialist or Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education - Techniker HF).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Sales Specialist or Customer Consultant)
  • Experience in complete order processing/handling
  • Experience, preferably within the machinery industry
  • Organizational talent to manage multiple parallel orders simultaneously
