Job Summary

This role involves serving as a key technical and commercial point of contact for national and international clients within a leading machinery industry company located near Winterthur. You will manage the entire order process lifecycle, from generating quotes and handling invoices to coordinating deliveries. A significant part of the job involves managing various customer projects and acting as the primary contact for both standard and project-related technical and commercial inquiries. Furthermore, you will actively participate in customer service improvement processes and internal projects.
