Job Summary

This permanent, full-time Site Office Assistant role in Dorsten provides essential administrative and organizational support to the Construction and Site Management teams. The core responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation of the site office, focusing heavily on comprehensive document management. Daily tasks include setting up, maintaining, and administering a cross-trade digital and physical document archive, managing the input, updating, and distribution of construction drawings, specifications, and related technical documentation. The assistant will utilize various digital systems, including SAP, SharePoint, and Access, for data maintenance, material recording, and document control. Furthermore, the role involves general office duties such as coordinating visitors, organizing schedules, preparing meeting minutes, and supporting safety and quality documentation efforts. The position requires a commercially or technically trained professional with strong organizational talent and proficiency in MS Office, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant engineering projects.
