Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role seeks a skilled Mechatronics Technician or Industrial Electrician to join a client specializing in special machine construction and automation, focusing specifically on cable assembly. The core responsibilities involve the hands-on manufacturing of specialized cables and wire harnesses, strictly adhering to parts lists and connection diagrams. Day-to-day tasks include performing precise manual and machine crimping and soldering, rigorous testing of finished cables on test benches, and conducting detailed quality inspections according to technical drawings within series production. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, proven professional experience in cable manufacturing, excellent technical understanding, and strong fine motor skills essential for precise cable strand production. The position offers the flexibility of working a 35-hour week in either a standard day shift or an alternating early/late shift schedule, complete with industry-standard shift allowances.
