This role involves hands-on production activities within the aqueous coating area at Bayer, focusing on the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. Key daily responsibilities include the cleaning, assembly, operation, and setup of complex production equipment, executing manufacturing orders using the operating system, and ensuring product quality through rigorous in-process controls (IPCs). You will be responsible for maintaining precise manufacturing protocols and cleaning documentation. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Pharmaceutical or Chemical Technician, coupled with strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The position requires reliability, integrity, a team-oriented approach, and the readiness to work within a shift model.
