Job Summary

This role involves leading electrical installation projects nationwide across Germany, focusing on the public, industrial, and commercial sectors. The Project Manager is responsible for the complete project lifecycle, including budget planning, financial controlling, scheduling, and cost management. Key daily tasks include coordinating project plans, managing subcontractors and ancillary trades, and commissioning energy and building technology systems. You will serve as the main point of contact for management, planning teams, site management, and clients. The ideal candidate must possess several years of experience in project management within energy and building technology, coupled with a completed qualification as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology (Meister or Technician is a plus). Strong leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to assess risks are crucial. This position requires extensive travel for installation work across Germany from Monday to Thursday.
