Job Summary

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to strategically shape and advance the IT landscape within the DRV-IT DSRV & Services department located in Würzburg. This challenging role involves developing, maintaining, and evolving a sustainable, future-oriented IT architecture while effectively managing complex legacy systems alongside modern technologies. Key daily responsibilities include contributing to the creation and implementation of IT standards and technology strategies, acting as the central point of contact for architecture issues, and supporting the planning and execution of migration and modernization projects. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in IT or Natural Sciences, multi-year professional experience in Enterprise Architecture Management (ideally based on TOGAF), and extensive experience with both classic (PRINCE2) and agile (SCRUM, SAFe) software development methodologies.
