Job Summary

This role involves managing diverse HR and Global Mobility tasks within a leading global technology company specializing in special equipment construction, based in Eastern Zurich. As a key member of a 5-person HR team, reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will serve as the specialist for all Global Mobility topics. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating international assignments and delegation contracts, managing VISA and relevant regulatory forms (A1/CoC), and handling mandatory reporting procedures. You will administer project time charging (using SAP) for assignments and optimize international HR processes in close collaboration with external providers and internal finance/payroll teams. Furthermore, you will act as a competent contact person for general HR administration, social security matters, and work permits. This role also involves acting as a sparring partner for the Head of HR, actively participating in strategic projects such as HR process optimization, HRIS improvements, and reporting, offering a chance to develop within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Relevant HR further education (HR specific or Global Mobility specialization) OR a university degree in Business Administration (e.g., specialization in Human Capital Management - HCM).

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience in comparable HR functions (HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, Sr. HR Assistant)
  • Proven experience specifically managing Global Mobility topics
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss social security law
