Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Electrical Engineering Specialist to manage and maintain the site's entire electrical infrastructure, focusing on power supply and distribution across all voltage levels (HV, MV, LV), as well as associated frequency converters, motors, and drives. Day-to-day responsibilities include technical oversight of the power distribution network, managing switching operations, executing preventive maintenance programs, and conducting thorough troubleshooting and fault analysis on electrical systems. The specialist will be heavily involved in turnaround planning, including preparing tenders, managing contractors, and supervising construction site activities. A critical component of the job is ensuring rigorous compliance with all statutory electrical engineering requirements, liaising with regulatory authorities, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a comparable HTL qualification with relevant professional experience), coupled with proven experience in maintaining complex industrial networks. Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and a commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards are essential.
