This role is for an engaged Tax Consultant specializing in international taxation and Global Mobility Services within a major German auditing and consulting firm. The consultant will primarily advise clients on cross-border employment issues, secondments, and international leadership roles, coordinating closely with foreign consultant teams, legal counsel, and domestic payroll teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring ongoing tax compliance for domestic corporations with foreign shareholders, managing the evaluation and compliance of permanent establishments, and developing complex tax solutions in collaboration with internal experts and the worldwide Crowe Global network. The ideal candidate is a qualified Tax Consultant with professional experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both German and English, ready to take ownership of specialized tax projects and mentor junior consultants.
