This role involves acting as an Instructor/Trainer, guiding career changers and adults through their professional education focusing on IT Specialist training (System Integration). Day-to-day tasks include making IT infrastructure concepts—such as networking, system administration, operating systems, and IT security—come alive using practical, real-world examples and live demonstrations. The instructor is responsible for developing engaging, understandable teaching materials, actively monitoring student progress, and providing structured, targeted preparation for the IHK final examinations. The position requires either a completed vocational qualification as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an IT-related degree, coupled with practical experience in system administration and network environments (Windows/Linux). The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to convey complex technical content clearly in a virtual classroom setting.
