Job Summary

This role involves working as a part-time Instructor/Trainer (30 hours/week) in Aachen, focusing on educating and mentoring future IT Specialists in System Integration. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging lessons, translating practical professional experience into educational content based on the official framework for IT Specialists. Day-to-day activities include teaching in a virtual classroom environment, acting as a competent and empathetic point of contact for participants, monitoring learning progress, and assisting with the optimization of teaching materials. A key responsibility is preparing participants for the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) final examinations. The position requires a background in System Integration, relevant professional experience, and pedagogical qualifications (AEVO), coupled with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office programs, ensuring participants receive high-quality, practice-oriented vocational training.
