Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Specialist Planner to manage the design and execution phases of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) systems within large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects for a leading German construction firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive draft (LPH 3) and execution (LPH 5) plans for building services, creating detailed specifications, and actively participating in the technical negotiation and awarding of contracts to subcontractors. You will also provide crucial technical consulting support during the sales process, including the conception and calculation of plant technology. A key aspect of the role involves applying BIM-enabled software solutions, specifically REVIT and LiNEAR. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree or technical qualification in building services engineering and demonstrated professional experience in TGA planning or construction, coupled with strong teamwork, self-reliance, and cost awareness.
