Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading, interdisciplinary healthcare company in Zurich. In this pivotal role, you will act as a dedicated HR Generalist and strategic partner for assigned portfolio companies, guiding people and organizations through phases of growth and change. You will actively shape all HR topics across the entire Employee Life Cycle, delivering comprehensive support and project-based HR services. Key responsibilities include advising and coaching leaders on personnel matters, collaborating on workforce planning, and driving talent acquisition processes supported by the HR SSC. You will also play a crucial role in organizational development, change management, and post-merger integration efforts, ensuring the harmonization of HR policies and processes. Furthermore, you will manage employee relations, acting as the first point of contact, and ensuring strict compliance with Swiss labor law and internal guidelines. This role requires a proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented professional capable of balancing operational execution with strategic support.

Required Skills

Education

HR degree or further education/training in Human Resources

Experience

  • Relevant experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager
  • Professional experience in a multi-entity or decentralized organizational environment
  • Professional experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry
  • Experience in Business Integration, Change Management, Organizational Development, and cultural integration
  • Practical HR operational competence combined with solid business partnering experience
