The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the Compliance and Client Data domain, focusing heavily on the Avaloq core banking system. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements in close collaboration with subject matter experts, translating these needs into precise, functional IT specifications, and documenting them structurally. The analyst will be key in conceptualizing and advancing Avaloq functionalities through both new development and targeted extensions of existing components. Quality assurance is vital, involving systematic testing and validation of implemented solutions. This role requires active participation in projects, serving as the direct technical contact for Avaloq topics within project teams, and handling complex, recurring coordination tasks such as quarterly and semester processing within Avaloq. This position offers a challenging environment for a conceptual and analytical thinker with strong implementation skills and fluency in English.
