Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Service Manager focused on Cloud Applications, serving as the central point of contact for operational excellence and business resilience across diverse client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating all operational processes, rigorously ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and proactively monitoring cloud infrastructure to identify and resolve disruptions early. A key function is managing stakeholder communication, handling incidents, and planning seamless release introductions, including detailed preparation for go-lives and controlling installations during maintenance windows. Candidates must possess a degree in a technical field, at least five years of relevant experience, and expertise in ITIL frameworks and Public Cloud infrastructure management. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and implementing IT security/data protection in regulated environments (preferably banking) is essential. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on risk minimization for major clients while leveraging agile methods and continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable technical/natural science field

Experience

  • Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role
  • Professional experience in operating Public Cloud infrastructures, including management
  • Professional experience in Incident Management and Problem Management
  • Minimum two years of experience with CI/CD Pipelines
  • Professional experience in automating operational and deployment processes
  • Experience in agile working methods (e.g., Scrum)
