Job Summary

As a Digitalization Officer, you will be the primary contact for digitalization matters within the records department, focusing on optimizing and maintaining AI software for incoming mail. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating the integration of new organizational units into the AI system, assisting with central mail digitalization processes (scanning, AI processing, quality control), and supporting colleagues with general record-keeping tasks. You will also serve as a deputy to the records department head, contributing to strategic decisions and projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent, or a completed commercial apprenticeship. Qualification for the 2nd qualification level of the civil service career path (Laufbahnbefähigung für die 2. Qualifikationsebene) or successful completion of BL I.

Experience

  • Experience with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of administrative processes, including records management (especially file plans, digital records)
  • Experience handling confidential data
