Job Summary

This role involves coordinating working, expert, and specialist groups within the IT department of DRV, focusing on fundamental tasks and central projects. The expert will establish project selection and prioritization criteria, conduct project reviews and audits, and provide support and consultation to project managers on tools, techniques, and reporting. Key responsibilities also include managing interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, building frameworks for cross-carrier resource control, and defining and monitoring quality and security standards in program, project, quality, and risk management. The position requires a background in economics, administration, or IT, with significant experience in project leadership and PMO setup, along with familiarity with specific collaboration tools and change management processes.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH, or equivalent) in economics, administration, or IT, or completed commercial, administrative, or IT-oriented vocational training with many years of relevant professional experience with an IT focus.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in project leadership
  • Experience with collaboration and file-sharing tools
  • Proficient use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with change management processes
  • Initial experience with the OKR (Objective- and Key Results) method
