Job Summary
This role involves the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building technical systems, primarily focusing on heating, plumbing, and measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising MCR systems, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with DIN 31051 standards for operation, handling, adjustment, maintenance, and inspection. They will also support the coordination of external contractors for maintenance and repair work and assist the site manager in organizing the overall operation of building technical facilities. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in supply technology, as a mechatronics technician, or equivalent vocational training/further education as a building services technician. Qualification as an electrician for specified activities (EffT) is advantageous.
