The Healthcare Sales Manager will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and expanding a crucial network of referrers, including general practitioners, specialists, therapists, and hospitals. Key responsibilities involve establishing cooperation agreements with major payers (health insurance funds) and corporate partners, managing the CRM system, and conducting market and competitor analysis to inform strategy. The manager will also participate in industry congresses and network meetings, collaborating closely with marketing, clinic leadership, and medical teams to optimize the entire patient journey. Candidates must possess a degree in Psychology, Communication, or Health Management, coupled with professional experience in both healthcare and sales, demonstrating strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
