Head of IT and Infrastructure Management | Leiter IT- und Infrastrukturmanagement (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This leadership position requires an expert to strategically guide and continuously develop the IT and Infrastructure department, focusing heavily on efficiency, quality, and future viability. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring stable and secure IT operations, managing system availability, and overseeing IT security protocols. Crucially, the role also encompasses the steering of technical, infrastructural, and commercial facility management, alongside property administration. The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to internal departments on IT and infrastructure issues, while managing vendor performance, procurement processes, budgets, and costs. A core requirement is ensuring all processes adhere to strict legal and supervisory regulations, such as DORA and MaRisk. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or a comparable technical qualification, coupled with proven experience in staff leadership and strategic planning, and fluent German language skills are mandatory.
