Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering and Site Management, focusing on complex infrastructure projects within the energy and technology sectors. Key responsibilities include ensuring project execution, managing costs, and strictly adhering to safety standards (Sicherheitsmanagement). The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling workflows on construction sites, overseeing commissioning and maintenance work, and coordinating subcontractors and external personnel. A strong background in electrical or energy technology, combined with site management experience and knowledge of energy distribution systems (open-cast mining, power plants, industry), is essential. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to effectively lead and instruct project teams, while maintaining very good German and good English language skills.
