Job Summary

This role involves the conception and design of Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) specifically for the Truck & Bus sector. The HMI Developer will be responsible for creating GUI series concepts based on requirements, documenting and specifying these HMI concepts, and acting as a crucial interface to other technical departments. A significant part of the job includes coordinating HMI specification documents with external partners and suppliers, ensuring smooth implementation. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Media Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Interaction/Information Design with a focus on HMI. Key qualifications include professional experience in designing complex interface solutions within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry, excellent knowledge of ergonomics, usability, and user-centered development methods, and strong coordination skills for cross-functional teams.
