Job Summary

This role seeks a highly organized Technical Assistant or Deputy Laboratory Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of laboratory processes within the pharmaceutical and life science sectors. The core responsibilities include taking technical ownership of sterility testing and method verification, strictly adhering to cGMP conditions, and managing the planning of routine releases and special analyses. The coordinator will act as the central point of contact for troubleshooting, projects, and special investigations, while also being responsible for processing deviations (Changes, Events, OOX) and maintaining essential GMP documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a natural science degree or equivalent long-term experience as a Biology Laboratory Technician, coupled with initial professional experience in a cGMP environment. Strong knowledge of microbiological analysis, proficiency with laboratory IT systems like LIMS, and fluent communication skills in both German and English are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
