Job Summary

This role is crucial for driving the operational implementation of digital transformation within a family-run business. The Digital Management Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact, offering First-Level Support for employees regarding digital applications and systems. Key responsibilities involve actively participating in the analysis, conception, and execution of digitalization projects, as well as introducing and optimizing digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user training, documenting project progress, evaluating emerging digital technologies, and supporting change management efforts. Collaboration with IT and various departments, alongside involvement in IT security and hardware administration, is also required. Candidates should possess a completed commercial or technical education, ideally supplemented by qualifications in IT or project management, coupled with strong organizational skills and an affinity for new technologies.
