Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Requirements Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance and Operations (FO) to support the innovative chemical plant construction sector. Based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, the professional will be a key figure in implementing D365 projects, specifically tailored for the discrete manufacturing of small series and individual components. Daily responsibilities include defining precise requirements for D365 SCM/FO implementation, collaborating with Solution Architects to optimize and digitize manufacturing processes, and ensuring seamless system integration between D365, D365 CE, and the existing SAP environment. A strong focus is placed on standardization and utilizing D365 standard functions to maintain process efficiency. Candidates must have expertise in Dynamics 365, relevant experience in manufacturing or chemical plant construction, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
