Job Summary

This hybrid role as a PLC Programmer involves designing and implementing complex automation solutions, primarily focusing on the pharmaceutical, bio, and food technology sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development, structuring, and programming of Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Process Control Systems (PLS), and system interfaces, alongside creating necessary technical documentation and coordinating with mechanical design teams. A critical component of the job is planning and executing commissioning activities on-site, including I/O checks, robot configuration, and safety system integration, followed by production support and detailed debugging. Candidates should possess a degree or relevant technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science, coupled with solid software knowledge in systems like TIA and S7/WinCC Flexible. Success requires strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and a willingness to travel. Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship, State-Certified Technician qualification, or University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development, structuring, and programming of HMI, PLS, and interfaces.
  • Professional experience utilizing fundamental software knowledge (e.g., TIA, S7/WinCC Flexible, Robotics, Safety Technology).
  • Experience in planning, execution, and optimization of commissioning activities (EA-Check, configuration).
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and coordinating with mechanical design.
