Job Summary

This role involves hands-on product validation and testing within a technical environment, focusing on electrical components and prototypes. The specialist will independently plan and prepare test setups, including manufacturing custom cable sets for testing fixtures. Key responsibilities include autonomous testing of assemblies, meticulous documentation of results according to internal standards (MRS plant standard), and troubleshooting defective parts. This position requires a technical vocational background, foundational knowledge in electrical engineering, and practical manual soldering skills. Experience in a process-oriented development environment and the automotive sector is beneficial. The ideal candidate is analytical, self-reliant, and possesses good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external service providers, such as testing laboratories.
