Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing a team of engineers and administrative staff focused on spare parts management and industrial services in Bonn. The Team Leader will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing team processes, managing end-to-end project execution (technical and commercial), and leading complex retrofit projects. A key daily task includes the calculation and pricing of spare parts, requiring close collaboration with planners, commercial staff, and engineers. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, combined with experience in special machine construction and commercial operations. Success in this role requires strong leadership, solution-oriented thinking, and proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD tools, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
