Job Summary
This is a key, full-time permanent position focusing on economic development within the municipal administration. The Project Manager will independently oversee economic development projects, acting as a primary consultant and support system for local businesses, trade, and commerce. Core responsibilities include managing and developing potential expansion areas within commercial zones, administering the Nerdlen/Kradenbach Industrial and Commercial Park, and serving as the Managing Director for the Daun Technology and Start-up Center. A crucial aspect of the role involves applying for and coordinating various funding measures. Candidates must possess a strong administrative qualification, such as the 3rd entry-level civil service exam or Administrative Specialist certification, coupled with fundamental knowledge of economic contexts and administrative structures. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed career examination for the 3rd entry-level civil service (formerly: higher non-technical service) OR successfully completed advanced training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungslehrgang II) OR a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Experience in Project Management (advantageous)
- Experience in Public Administration and/or Economic Development (advantageous)
- Professional experience demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills
