Job Summary

This role involves joining the IT team of the Friesland District Administration to actively shape the digital security landscape. The specialist will focus on the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on security and adherence to BSI standards. Key daily tasks include monitoring the heterogeneous network infrastructure, administering Windows and Linux servers in a virtualized environment, and integrating new IT systems to optimize protection and meet security requirements. Candidates should possess a completed IT Specialist (System Integration) qualification or equivalent, and ideally have experience in Network Detection and Response (NDR), vulnerability scanning, and SIEM analysis.
