Job Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end rollout activities for EV charging points (AC, DC, and HPC) across Germany. The manager will be responsible for the planning, control, and monitoring of deployment projects, ensuring strict adherence to project milestones, budgets, and quality standards. Key daily tasks include coordinating internal specialist departments, external service providers, and construction companies, as well as conducting site inspections and liaising with local authorities regarding necessary permits. The ideal candidate must possess proven project management experience, preferably within charging infrastructure, fiber optic expansion, or the energy sector, along with strong knowledge of grid connections and approval processes. This position offers a long-term, permanent contract with hybrid work options, combining office work in Essen, remote work, and travel to construction sites nationwide.
