Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to the establishment and renewal of measurement technology installations and associated switchgear systems within specialized water management structures. Key responsibilities include drafting detailed technical specifications (Lastenhefte), overseeing the procurement process, awarding and managing contracts for external services, and performing construction management duties during execution by third-party contractors. The specialist will also provide crucial technical consulting to operations teams regarding equipment selection and support the Measurement Technology Maintenance team when necessary, including staff training. Successful candidates must hold a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering and bring relevant professional experience in measurement technology systems.
