Job Summary

This role is seeking an experienced Electrician or Electronics Technician, ideally at the Master or Foreman level, to manage and execute technical projects both internally and in the field. Key responsibilities include leading the field service team, acting as the primary interface between project management and installation technicians, and serving as a site manager during installations. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting technical surveys at customer sites, participating in construction meetings, and leading in-house training and electrical instruction sessions. The successful candidate will also be hands-on, installing DMX-controlled lighting and sound systems when necessary. The position requires strong technical proficiency in reading and creating electrical diagrams and construction plans, excellent handling of electrical and manual tools, and a willingness to travel nationwide, typically Monday through Thursday, making this an attractive role for a technical leader who enjoys both office coordination and field deployment.
