Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT organization of a future-oriented regional bank, focusing on maintaining operational excellence and driving digitalization. The specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive care and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, and self-service devices. Key day-to-day activities include providing essential First and Second-Level support to employees, administering Windows systems, managing Group Policy Objects (GPO), and optimizing the Microsoft 365 environment, including Power Automate. Furthermore, the position requires active participation in IT security measures and emergency planning, ensuring compliance with standards like MaRisk and DORA. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or degree, demonstrable experience in Windows and Microsoft 365 administration, and strong knowledge of network technology and IT security.
