Job Summary

This critical role ensures the smooth, system-wide operation of Workload Automation across the entire application landscape, primarily utilizing Automic Automation software. Day-to-day responsibilities involve proactive incident management, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving both the architectural and strategic development of process automation. The specialist will independently lead optimization and implementation efforts, collaborating closely with application development teams, business units, and ongoing projects to support application releases. Key qualifications include a background in Computer Science or IT, coupled with strong expertise in scheduling systems, specifically Automic Automation (Broadcom). Proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g., Automic Script, Linux Shell, PowerShell) and knowledge of the ITIL framework are essential.
