Job Summary

This critical role ensures the smooth, system-wide operation of Workload Automation across the entire application landscape, primarily utilizing Automic Automation software. Day-to-day responsibilities involve proactive incident management, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving both the architectural and strategic development of process automation. The specialist will independently lead optimization and implementation efforts, collaborating closely with application development teams, business units, and ongoing projects to support application releases. Key qualifications include a background in Computer Science or IT, coupled with strong expertise in scheduling systems, specifically Automic Automation (Broadcom). Proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g., Automic Script, Linux Shell, PowerShell) and knowledge of the ITIL framework are essential. This position is attractive due to its high degree of influence in shaping internal processes, combined with flexible working models and a comprehensive compensation package, including 13.3 monthly salaries.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration or Application Development), or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience utilizing scheduling systems, ideally Automic Automation from Broadcom.
  • Experience in independently leading and coordinating optimization and implementation measures in Workload Automation.
  • Experience applying ITIL knowledge for efficient incident resolution and productive change introduction.
  • Experience with agile working methods and project work (Desired).
