Job Summary

This Field IT Consultant role is based at an IT system house in central Berlin, focusing on delivering innovative and individualized corporate IT solutions to a diverse clientele, including established companies and startups. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial problem solver, responsible for managing and supporting client IT solutions and work processes both on-site and remotely. Key daily tasks involve developing new solution approaches for recurring issues, identifying and resolving security vulnerabilities and bottlenecks, and implementing customized solutions. A major focus is the maintenance and care of customer networks, which are critical to business success, alongside the implementation and expansion of IT security measures and Managed Service solutions. This position requires an organized, self-driven professional with a strong focus on innovation and the ability to pursue unconventional approaches to solve complex IT challenges.
